Justin Watkins is a 5’11” 175-pound wide receiver. Watkins is a perfect fit in Dan Mullen’s offense as a slot receiver. He is an elite playmaker that can create big plays. He has quick feet and excellent vision. Watkins could also be used in special teams as a returner. Mullen and his wide receiver coach Billy Gonzales have some work to do with the talented athlete as he lacks experience at wide receiver.
